Shipping and Returns

Mailing Rates:  Our shipping rates are a flat rate, regardless if you order 1 decal or multiple decals. Shipping within Canada is a flat rate of $9.00 and are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. USA orders are a flat rate of $9.50 and are shipped via USPS. 

Shipping Policy:   Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.  Delivery times to the USA are generally up to 12-14 business days. These times are not guaranteed and may be longer due to severe weather that affects mail delivery, holidays where there is no mail delivery etc.  Delays in cutoms and busy times of the year may increase the shipping times.  We are not responsible for packages not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping infomation, or packages that are returned due to failed delivery attempts. Packages that have been returned due to the customer not picking up their parcel up at their local post office or refusal of package will be responsible for all re-shipping costs, refund policy applies.  Customer may opt for specialized shipping (Express Canada Post or UPS) at an additinal cost.

Return Policy:  As all of our items are made to order to your specified color(s) and combinations, all sales are final.  iSigns Decal Studio is not responsible for ordering errors such as color choices, customer typos, or change of mind after your order has reached the processing stage or failed attempts at installing your decal.   If you are trying to match colors, please ask for color samples before placing your order and we will glady send you some.  

 

If you receive your decal and there is an error in color, spelling or anything else that was the fault of us, please notify our us at isigns@rogers.com with your order number and a detailed description of the error, and we will promply send you a replacement. 

If your item is returned to us, cancelled, or refused, the customer is reponsible for all return costs as well as re-shipment costs.  If there was an error in the shipping address, the customer will be responsible 100% for any re-shipment costs.

Replacement orders due to "non-receipt" of item will not be remailed until 30 days after the orginal mailing date.  Canada Post will open a case on all "non-receipt" of orders to ensure the item was indeed lost in the mail before any replacements are re-sent.
